the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was charming, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to the football stadium and just a short distance from the town center. Additionally, the proximity to the tram station made exploring the area a breeze. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was available bright and early at 6.15. this hotel offers great value for money and has all the basic amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.

When checking in, I tried to speak French (I am fluently bilingual) and the clerk kept wanting to speak English (because I was from Canada!!) I found her attitude very unfriendly; hotel is not near any restaurants. This hotel was one of the closest to Firminy and the LeCorbusier church...pity nothing closer.

I recently had a great overnight stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, being just outside the town centre and close to the tram. It was also very easy to find from the autoroute. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient for my needs and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the football stadium made it a convenient choice for football fans like myself. Lastly, I was impressed with the early breakfast option at 6.15, allowing me to start my day bright and early.

The restaurant was closed on a Saturday night, which was a bit disappointing for dining options within the hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient! There were plenty of transportation options to get around the city. the hotel was also in a safe area which we appreciated. the staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered us great tips on where to eat and what to see in the city. the parking garage was also a great feature, making it easy to get in and out of the hotel with our car. the breakfast was simple, but still delicious and provided a good start to our day.

The rooms were quite small and lacked some basic amenities. the bathroom was very old and could use some updating.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was lovely. The staff were so friendly and really looked after us throughout the whole stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the festive decor in the lobby and bar area. The fireplace was a special touch that made us feel cozy and at home. Plus, the location was perfect - only a short walk or tram ride away from the main city center and all its attractions.

Although the room was comfortable, it was a bit smaller than we expected. the breakfast was quite basic and didn't have a lot of variety.
